Lebanon, Va, Jan. 29. Alfred Alderson continues quite ill from pneumonia.

Dr. W. E. Alderson is at Hansonville today on professional business.

R. G. Fletcher is in Kentucky looking over some blue grass farms with the intention of buying.

Miss Mabel Purcell and Mrs. James Tate, of Cleveland, spent Thursday of last week with friends in town.

Judge W. N. Hendrix is able to be on the streets again having sustained serious injuries from a fall several days ago.

Miss Verna Routh entertained the members of the Priscilla Club last week. An ice course with angel's food was served.

Mrs. Arthur Pruner, of Lindsey, Okla., is visiting her mother, Mrs. D. K. Banner, who has been quite ill since the death of her husband.

Mr. s. H. Fletcher was in Norton on Wednesday of last weed, where he addressed a large assembly of men on "Ways and Means of Good Roads Building."
