Hon. J. C. Gent has purchased the hotel property from Capt. H. H. Dickenson at the price of $3,000.00 and has also purchased a lot from D. K. Banner in the west end at the price of $400.00. It is understood that he will build a handsome residence on this lot the coming spring and summer. Capt. Gent sold his lot on which his dwelling was recently burned to Wm. E. Burns, who will next spring erect a handsome dwelling and a large and magnificent business house on this lot and the one adjourning it on which stood Mr. Burns' dwelling which was also burned in the recent fire. - Lebanon News.
