March 13, 1908 SHOT NEAR BELFAST MILLS.
Report reaches Tazewell of a dastardly attempt at murder a day or two ago, near Belfast Mills, in Russell county, just over the Tazewell line.
A man Gieser, or Gesler, was shot. from ambush by some unknown party, and it was thought would die No cause for the shooting was given.
